ShieldSphere was founded by Matt Thompson, CSP, a Certified Safety Professional and authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer with nearly two decades of experience leading occupational safety and health programs for large healthcare systems, manufacturing operations, and industrial facilities.
Matt currently leads the occupational safety and health program for one of the largest healthcare systems in Georgia, runs the safety consulting firm TSG Safety, and is a partner in ProximaWork, a respiratory-protection medical-evaluation platform. Across consulting and in-house roles he has worked in most of the industries OSHA covers.

How ShieldSphere approaches compliance
ShieldSphere uses AI to do the heavy lifting, drafting industry-specific policies, surfacing cited OSHA standards, and organizing the records auditors ask for, so that the work that used to take days takes minutes. The AI is guided by real compliance experience, not a generic template library.
That said, AI is a starting point, not a substitute for professional judgment. Every AI-generated document is a draft meant to be reviewed, customized, and approved by a qualified safety professional before it is put into use.
